One change of date is free, provided you ask more than twenty-four hours before the booked time and the new date falls within fourteen days; the deposit simply moves with it. A second move, or one asked for inside the final day, is treated as a cancellation made at that moment, and whatever that leaves unkept travels on to the new date.

Travelling as two

Many retirement trips are taken by a couple. You can share one therapist, paying double what a guest on their own would, or take a therapist each and pay four times the single rate. Either works in a hotel suite or an apartment, though a therapist each needs space for two people on each side of the bed. A hotel room or a rented apartment

Retirement trips often run longer than a holiday, and a rented apartment in the canal ring or De Pijp is as common as a hotel. Either works the same way. For a hotel, give the name and the room number once you have it. For an apartment, give the street, the house number and which bell or door to use, because older buildings often hide the entrance to the upper floors behind a second door.
